We will be making our final change of this email migration tomorrow. This involves us directing new emails to be sent to your inbox at our new mail server.

As we assist users in adjusting their mail client settings, we want everyone to be able to access their email. We recommend that users access their webmail to send and receive emails in the interim. See Log In to new Orcas Online Webmail

Email users that wish to immediately update their server settings and receive new mail to your mail clients may follow the instructions below to get their accounts online. See Update Mail Server Settings

Note: As our change provisions across the internet mail may deliver to your old inbox or your new inbox. We recommend checking both boxes until the end of Tuesday, September 14.

Log In to new Orcas Online Webmail

Steps:
1. Go to https://rc.emailarray.com
2. Enter your full Orcas Online email address and new Orcas Online password.

Update Mail Server Settings

  1. In your mail client navigate to your account settings for your orcasonline.com account.
  2. Under Incoming Mail Server Settings find ‘Host Name’
    For IMAP accounts:
    Replace the existing mail.orcasonline.com or sorm4.orcasonline.com with imap.emailarray.com
    For POP accounts:
    Replace the existing mail.orcasonline.com or sorm4.orcasonline.com with pop.emailarray.com
  3. Under Outgoing Mail Server Settings find ‘Host Name’
    For IMAP and POP accounts:
    Replace the existing mail.orcasonline.com or sorm4.orcasonline.com with smtp.emailarray.com
